Shipping policy

At Veka Jewelry, every order is handled with the highest level of care and security. We ensure your fine jewelry pieces are securely packaged, fully insured, and delivered directly to your door.

Processing & Handling

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
• Custom & Sized Pieces: Custom jewelry orders or special sizing requests may require additional production time, which will be communicated prior to shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (Domestic US)

• Standard Insured Shipping (Free on orders $150+): Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days via USPS or UPS.
• Express Insured Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days via UPS or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Security & Signature Requirement

• Full Insurance Coverage: All shipments are 100% insured against loss, damage, or theft while in transit.
• Adult Signature Required: For your protection, orders valued over $500 require a direct adult signature upon delivery. We do not ship fine jewelry to unsecured drop boxes or freight forwarders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's portal.

In-Store Pickup

Local store pickup is available at our Kissimmee, Florida location. Please select "Store Pickup" at checkout and wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before arriving.
